These Terms of Use govern access to marduklabs.ai and its public content. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Separate proposals, statements of work, service agreements, or confidentiality agreements govern client work and control if they conflict with these terms.

The site provides general information about Marduk Labs and its services. Content is not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice, and it should not be treated as a guarantee that a particular service, result, timeline, or technology is appropriate for your organization.

Submitting a form, sending an email, or scheduling a call does not create a client, partnership, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Estimates and preliminary discussions are non-binding unless incorporated into a written agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

You may not use the site to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
• Introduce malware, disrupt the site, or bypass security controls.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Scrape, reproduce, or exploit site content at scale without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

The site, brand elements, text, graphics, software, and original materials are owned by Marduk Labs or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for your own internal evaluation. No other license is granted unless we agree in writing.

The website and its open inquiry fields are not intended for confidential, sensitive, or regulated information. Do not submit trade secrets, credentials, production data, personal data about others, or material subject to a confidentiality obligation. Confidentiality for a potential or active engagement must be established in a separate written agreement.

The site may link to or embed services operated by others, including a scheduling provider. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.

Mandatory rights and liabilities under applicable law remain unaffected.

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The current terms will be posted here with their effective date. We may also suspend or discontinue any part of the site without guaranteeing prior notice.

These terms are governed by applicable Mexican law, without overriding mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. Subject to those protections, disputes concerning the public website will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico.

These terms are available in English and Spanish. If the versions differ, the Spanish version controls for users in Mexico and the English version controls elsewhere, unless applicable law requires a different result.
