Marduk Labs, based in Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to admin@marduklabs.ai.

This notice applies to information collected through marduklabs.ai, our contact and scheduling experience, and direct communications that begin through the website. A separate agreement may govern information processed while delivering services to a client.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Name, business email address, phone number, and country.
• Job title, company or institution, and inquiry type.
• Project context and any other information you choose to provide.
• Basic technical information generated when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and server logs.
• Scheduling information when you request a meeting through a third-party scheduling service.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information through the website. Please do not include confidential, sensitive, or regulated data in the open-text field.

We use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries and arrange meetings.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, navigation, and the contact and booking funnel. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect technical usage data. Our custom events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, or the contents of your inquiry. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.

The website may store your theme preference and use technology necessary for basic operation and security. An embedded scheduling provider may set its own cookies or collect technical data when its service loads. We do not currently use the website for behavioral advertising.

You can control cookies and local storage through your browser. Blocking essential storage may affect parts of the experience.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, manage a potential or active relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. You may also ask to limit its use or disclosure, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Send a request to admin@marduklabs.ai with your name, the right you want to exercise, and enough detail for us to identify the relevant information. We may request reasonable proof of identity before completing the request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the site, please contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.

We may update this notice as our practices or legal obligations change. The current version will remain available on this page with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel.
